Furthermore, 12,000 square feet of VS-1 system will be provided on level 1 and 2 of the building.
Supply and install of 285,000 SF of custom designed, unitized curtain wall for the new Pfizer Facility. The framing system is Ventana’s MWS-180 custom unitized curtain wall. The insulated glass has 5 different frit patterns to give this building a unique look.
The design, manufacturing and installation of the exterior wall systems at the new McDonald’s World Corporate Headquarters located in one of the fastest growing neighborhoods in Chicago – the West Loop. The addition of the McDonald’s Headquarters to the West Loop will complement the neighborhood’s unique industrial and gritty, yet new and sleek look.
No. 9 Walton

111 E. Wacker
Ventana supplied and installed 17,560 square feet of VS-1, stick-built curtain wall for the lobby renovation of 111 East Wacker and 233 South Michigan. The renovation connected both buildings, as well opened up the south elevation of the building to Wacker drive. The VS-1 wall achieves 40-foot-tall span unsupported. Mullions and glass weight up to 2000 lbs and custom cups were needed to achieve the install. Glass lites are as large as 10’X18’ and were imported from Tianjin North Glass in China.
