The development on the former Hudson’s site will include 1.5 million square feet of office, retail, food and beverage, hotel, residential, event and meeting, parking, and activated open spaces.

At 685.4 feet tall, the tower will provide unique city views at every level. An indoor-outdoor space will anchor the ground-floor retail. A new plaza between the two buildings will cut through the center of the development, creating a unique gathering space for the city’s residents and visitors alike. Progressively designed office spaces, dramatic event venues, state-of-the-art residences and a 5-star hotel will be joined together at an unbeatable location.

Ventana was the team selected for the installation of 250,000 square feet of total facade area. Ventana provided six bespoke curtainwall systems, including over 300 unique aluminum dies. All the walls were acoustically and thermally enhanced, to provide occupants with superior comfort.
